Janet was a joy to have represent us on the sale of our home. From the very first meeting, she walked us through the process and explained the costs of selling so there would be no “surprises” at closing! Timing in our sale was a critical factor and Janet followed up and guided us at each step. If we had questions, she responded quickly with answers and solutions. Honestly, the sale was seamless and Janet was able to arrange our closing so that I could hit the road in the moving truck while my wife completed the closing process! Thank you Janet!
